Lee has over 30 years’ experience in the utility industry and is a forward thinking executive with expertise in business development, finance and personnel management. He provides key management of the day-to-day operations of Utili-Serve’s core business and has exhibited exceptional skills in the areas of customer relations, business development and strategic long term planning. In all of these activities, Lee is dedicated to instilling and maintaining the company’s core values and guiding principles which embrace honesty, integrity and fairness, which he believes is the key to any organization’s overall success.

Lee is proud to be a veteran of the United States Air Force. He served with the 356th Tactical Fighter Squadron and was a member of the Rapid Deployment Force on the A-10 Thunderbolt II “Warthog” where he was deployed worldwide in the pursuit of freedom.


Jerry has over 35 years’ experience in electrical utilities and holds an unlimited electrical license in both North Carolina and Florida. He attended North Carolina State University. He is recognized for his high-level of understanding of protective relays and his skill level regarding the use of electrical equipment in power delivery projects. His combination of broad experience in transmission, distribution, and generation facilities are quite an asset to Utili-Serve and our customers. He has developed many of our operational procedures for relay services in addition to overseeing installations and ensuring all projects adhere to safety rules and regulations.

Jerry’s oversight is also crucial to maintaining construction schedules, coordinating work groups as well as quality control. He is dedicated in all aspects of his job performance to exceeding customer requirements while upholding Utili-Serve’s guiding principles and core values.


Ethan attended Emery Riddle Aeronautical University. He holds a commercial pilots license. Ethan has a dual role at Utili-Serve as the company pilot and as a project manager. He is currently involved in managing several projects that are tied to the solar initiative in the southeastern United States.
