It takes about 10 minutes.

Do I need a college degree or experience?

No. We’ll train you. What matters most is that you show up, work hard, and want to learn.

Do I really get Friday off?

Yes. Our standard workweek is four 10-hour days, Monday to Thursday.

There may be circumstances that arise for optional or required overtime.

How much can I make?

Our pay bands are transparent. You'll see the range for every level in our career progression program.

How do I get promoted?

Each level has clear skills and time-in-role milestones. When you meet them, you’re ready to move up. There’s no guessing and no office politics.

Is the work steady?

Yes. We always have projects lined up, and we don’t furlough crews or leave them without work.

Will I have to travel?

Yes, you’ll know about any travel ahead of time, and you’ll receive an applicable per diem.

Is the work dangerous?

Working around heavy equipment and electricity requires care, so safety is our top priority. You’ll be fully trained before joining a crew, and every day starts with a safety briefing.

Your future won't power itself, the grid won't either.
